A FEW NOTES -
ONLINE BOOKING:
You may book a consultation with your chosen therapist at a time that works best for you below. Future sessions will be scheduled in by your chosen therapist.
PAYMENT:
Credit Cards are required on file to confirm your appointment. Payment via credit card will be processed using the credit card on file once your session is complete and receipts will be sent to the email on file.
Credit Cards will be charged in the event of late cancellations or no showed appointments.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
48-hours notice is required for changes or cancellations to appointments. Your session time is held for you, failure to provide adequate notice prevents another client from being seen, as such the full session fee will be due.
If you are running late to session, please let us know by email whenever possible. If we do not hear from you that you are running late to session, after 15 minutes of no contact the session will be marked as a no show and the full session fee will be due.
TIME ZONE:
Our schedules display in CST. If you are booking from another time zone, please change your time zone preferences to align with your local time zone and/or consider the time difference when booking.
YOUR APPOINTMENT:
All counselling sessions are virtual - online or over the phone. A personalized meeting link will be sent to you before your first appointment.

Most of us are affected by loss in many shapes and forms along our journey throughout life. When we are equipped with an understanding and tools to approach grief and hold space for our loss, those inevitable life experiences can be opportunities for our own sacred growth.
My work is an integration of personal and professional experience, and I am committed to supporting you through these tender times.
