Thank you for choosing me to walk alongside you on your healing journey, I look forward to our work together. Just a few notes:

SESSION FEE:

Standard 50 minute sessions, $150 + GST ($157.50). Due before your session begins.

ONLINE BOOKING:

Credit cards are required to be kept on file to confirm appointments and will only be charged in the event of late cancellations or no showed appointments.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

48-hours notice is required for changes or cancellations to appointments. This session time is held for you, failure to provide adequate notice prevents another client from being seen and will result in the full session fee being charged. If you are running late to session, please let me know by email whenever possible (info@hayleyyarish.com). If I do not hear from you that you would be running late to session, after 15 minutes of no contact the session will be marked as a no show and the full session fee will be due.

TIME ZONE:

My schedule is in PST. If you are booking from another time zone, please consider the time difference when booking.

YOUR APPOINTMENT:

All counselling sessions are online via Zoom. A personalized meeting link will be sent to you before your first appointment.
